Rates

  • High Season : July / August / Christmas Holidays -> Overnight stay 100€.
  • Mid Season : School holidays - except Christmas holidays / June / September -> Overnight stay 85€.
  • Low Season: All the rest of the calendar except the periods mentioned above > Overnight stay 75€.
  • Weekend: Friday 4pm to Sunday midday -> 280€
  • Extended weekends : Pâques, 1er mai, 8 mai, Ascension, Pentecôte, Toussaint, 11 novembre -> 400€.
  • Arrival from 4pm - Departure no later than midday (these times are flexible)

Cleaning charge: €60

Tourist tax: 0.90€ / night / +18 years old

 

These prices include VAT for up to 6 people. Sheets, tea towels and bathroom linen are provided. Electricity consumption is also included (unless excessive). For your information, we do not supply wood.

Le gîte est très beau, fonctionnel et idéal pour un séjour en famille et en communion avec la nature . L'accueil a été chaleureux et les conseils de notre hôte précieux pour découvrir les environs. Nous avons pu profiter des ballades à pied au départ du gîte et finir nos journées auprès d'une belle flambée . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter . Merci pour l'acueuil. Sophie avril 2023 - We were four friends to stay at this beautiful gem in the countryside of Normandy. It’s the perfect place if you want to get away and get in touch with nature. The house has everything it needs for a very comfortable stay and was spotless clean upon arrival. It is a really cozy place set in a majestic landscape. Walks can be done from the house itself or are easily accessible with a short car ride to Honfleur for instance. A nearby small convenience store (15min walk) has fresh bread and pastries in the morning. It was all in all exactly the kind of stay we were looking for and the hosts made sure to keep the place as authentic and natural feeling as possible. We value simplicity and comfort, and we really appreciated these qualities in your super-charming little lodge in Conteville. We appreciated the care and good taste taken in furnishing and providing everything a person needs when away from home. And Manouche was a great help every morning with his smile and wagging tail so we wouldn't be sad to miss our pets on our own Connecticut farm. Een heerlijk huis in een prachtige omgeving.De eigenaren hebben veel zorg besteed aan het huis, dat gemaakt is van gerecyclede en milieuvriendelijke materialen.De kamers waren schoon en netjes, beddengoed en linnengoed waren aanwezig en we mochten zelfs helpen met het voeren van de lammetjes. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Een echte aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, een prachtig wandelgebied en niet ver van het charmante stadje Honfleur. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte . Sabrina et Emmanuel sont très sympathiques et établissent d'emblée une relation de confiance avec leurs hôtes. Nous reviendrons . A signaler aussi : super endroit pour les propriétaires de chiens! Dominique juin 2018 - Wir waren zwei Nächte als Zwischenstopp in die Bretagne in La Garenne bei Conteville. Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Idyllisch gelegen, ein ganz besonderes Haus mit einer langen Geschichte, liebevoll renoviert und stilvoll eingerichtet. Viel Platz im Freien, eine sonnenbeschienene Terrasse, eine Hängematte unter schattigen Bäumen. Dazu Emanuel und Sabrina als sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. De belles randonnées à proximité dans la campagne normande sont un vrai plus. Merci pour votre accueil et félicitations pour cette belle rénovation. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Fabrice nov 2014 - Wir hatten 14 wunderschöne Tage in der Normandie und das Haus von Emmanuel hat sehr dazu beigetragen. Dieses alte, toll renovierte Cottage ist eine Wohlfühloase! Nach unseren Ausflügen nach Honfleur, an die Küste oder zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir unser ruhiges zu Hause sehr genossen. Unsere Hundedame „Smilla“ übrigens auch. Emmanuel und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich. Wir schätzen es auch, dass sie das Haus in einer sehr ökologischen Bauweise renoviert haben und sagen Danke für Ihre Gastfreundschaft. Wie kommen gerne wieder! Claudia mai 2022 - Our stay at Sous La Garenne was absolutely wonderful. The place is a jewel. You feel surrounded by nature, yet all the amenities, such as places of interest and towns, are close by. The house itself is furnished with a great sense of style and exudes a charming atmosphere. Simple yet very comfortable. Don't take anything home to read: there's a library in the house! It's a wonderful place for children too: they can easily play outside, on the wooden terraces or in the fields. We've made lots of excursions in the area, all of which are very feasible in terms of distance. Sabrina and Emmanuel are very welcoming. All in all, a great experience: to be recommended ! Een prachtig huis om te ontspannen en rond te wandelen. Maar ook het mooie stadje Honfleur is een bezoek waard. We hebben een hele fijne week gehan. This is a spectacular gem of an Airbnb experience... one of the very nicest places we have ever stayed. The house itself is dreamy. Through a feat of magical illusion, it is actually far larger inside than it appears from the outside. All beds are comfortable, the kitchen is easy and beautiful and fully functional, and the location - set in a bucolic countryside of fields and slanting sunlight - is sublime. The sheep greet you whenever you return to the house. We stayed only a few days, and wished we had weeks and weeks. The house is in a great location for exploring the coast of Normandy, and yet private, quiet, and peaceful. Emmanuel & Sabrina are terrific hosts, full of great suggestions and local tips such as where to find secret beaches and restaurants. We couldn't have been happier.
